my path here wasn't exactly a straight line — and honestly, i wouldn't have it any other way.

i'm originally from los angeles — but at 18, i knew i wanted more than what i already knew, so i left. i ended up in san diego, transferred to UC san diego, and graduated with a degree in art history and criticism. my plan at the time was to work in galleries around the world — and for a while, that's exactly where i was headed. i spent time in london, took classes at sotheby's in art and business, and built my early career in the marketing side of the art world — working with galleries, artists, and brands, and getting in on the very beginning of what social media could do for a creative business. it was exciting. it was also a lot of white walls and small talk at openings.

then covid happened. like a lot of people, i had to make changes and flip the switch on my direction professionally.

i moved back to san diego, fell in love with a boy, and decided it was time to redesign the way i looked at my career entirely. i started noticing buildings differently. i wanted to understand why certain spaces felt the way they did. somewhere between the travel, the art world, and just getting older, i became genuinely obsessed with architecture — and so i did something about it. i enrolled in the master of interior architecture program at arizona state, where i spent three years studying architecture, sustainable building practices, engineering, and space planning — with a focus on commercial spaces. but i kept drifting toward something more personal. toward homes.

my thesis ended up being a reflection of that. i built an argument around the world of fast furniture — the same way fast fashion has conditioned us to throw things away, we've done the same with the things in our homes. i wanted to make a case for craftsmanship, for reuse, for finding beauty in the pieces that already exist. looking back, it was less of an academic exercise and more of a preview of everything i care about now.

i graduated and moved back to san diego again. i spent time in the design world as an interior design consultant — helping homeowners, designers, and contractors find and source the right materials for their spaces. it was work i loved. but i kept feeling pulled toward something bigger, something where i could be more involved in the whole journey — not just one piece of it.

so i got my real estate license. and honestly? it all clicked.

now i get to combine everything — the design eye, the knowledge of materials and space, the obsession with how a home functions and feels — with the very real, very meaningful work of helping people find a place to call theirs. i work with buyers, sellers, investors, relocators, first-time buyers, VA clients, and more across san diego and southern california. i'm still the person who will geek out about your tile selection or help you figure out what to do with your furniture when you're ready to move on from it.

i also got my certification in professional home organization — not because it makes me a better realtor, but because i genuinely believe in it. having moved between cities, countries, apartments, and homes more times than i can count, i know firsthand how much a system matters. i want to help people declutter, find purpose in their things, and create a home that works for them — one that doesn't control you, but actually serves you.

the boy i fell in love with is now my husband — we got married in october 2025. we have a pittbull-husky-german shepherd mix that we rescued from mexico, named dolly parton. she is, without question, the best thing in our home.

i do all of this for them. and for every client who trusts me with something as personal as where they live.
